Looking for HVAC Laborers 

Looking for Individuals at Cedar Falls Heating & Air Conditioning

NO experience is needed – we will train you on the job!

Duties include but are not limited to are:
1.) Being a self-motivated individual

2.) Have good work ethic 

3.) Be dependable and show up to work on time

4.) Ability to use simple power tools

5.) Have a valid driver's license
6.) Communicate with other team members
7.) Ability to use simple technology (Cellphone)

8.) Ability to lift 25+ pounds as needed

Required Education:
* None – but must be at least 18 years of age or older  

Experience:
* None – willing to train on the job

Serving Cedar Falls, Menomonie, Eau Claire and the surrounding communities, Cedar Falls Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing expert HVAC sales, service and maintenance for our customer's heating and cooling needs since 1967. Cedar Falls Heating & Air Conditioning is a family owned business. We are looking to expand our install department and are in need of individuals who are willing to learn on the job and have good work ethic. Individuals must be eager to learn, have great communication skills and love helping people.
