Serving Cedar Falls, Menomonie, Eau Claire, and the surrounding communities, Cedar Falls Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing expert HVAC sales, service, and maintenance for our customer's heating and cooling needs since 1967.  Cedar Falls Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned business.  We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and upbeat to join our team!  They must have great communication skills and love helping people.

 

Requirements & Duties:

1.) Ability to diagnose and repair Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc. for Residential & Commercial customers.  

2.) Must have a valid driver's license.

3.) EPA certified or ability to obtain within a short time.

4.) Communicating with the Office Staff to ensure all calls are taken care of.

5.) Ability to use simple technology (cellphone & iPad).

6.) Documents work by completing paperwork on a timely manner for each job.

7.) Flexibility to work nights/overtime/weekends on a rotating schedule with the other Techs.

8.) Being able to be self-motivated, work alone and complete work in a timely manner.

9.) Ability to use simple power tools.

 

Required Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* HVAC degree – preferred.

* EPA Certified.

 

Experience:

* Preferred 5 years of HVAC experience, however willing to teach the right person.
